Meet Madison

Hi! I’m Madison and I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern (CMHC-I). I specialize in working with adolescents, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges such as grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, body image issues, and self-esteem struggles. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to explore your emotions and discover new ways to heal and grow.

I believe every person has the inner strength to overcome life’s hurdles, and I’m committed to helping you unlock your potential. Together, we’ll work on developing the skills and insights you need to move forward with confidence and create lasting positive change. I’m excited to be part of your journey toward personal growth and fulfillment.

My Approach

I am currently a student at Grand Canyon University, pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I take an individualized approach to therapy, blending techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your relationships, build self-confidence, or manage overwhelming emotions, I’m here to help you find practical tools and solutions that work for you.

As an intern, I bring current knowledge of the latest research and therapeutic techniques to my practice, all while receiving supervision from experienced therapists. This collaboration ensures you benefit from both fresh insights and expert guidance throughout your therapy journey. With a limited caseload, I can dedicate my full attention to your needs, providing personalized support tailored to your unique circumstances. I also offer reduced session rates, making quality mental health care more budget-friendly and accessible for you.
